Included in the registration fee
Access to the scientific sessions and exhibition area, certificate of participation, coffee breaks and lunches according to the programme. The Conference Dinner is not included and must be booked separately.
Payment & confirmation
Once your registration and payment are completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during registration.
Cancellation & refunds
In the event of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the event, a refund will be issued, minus an administrative fee of 20%. After this period, no refunds will be possible. Data collected during registration will not be shared with third parties and will only be used to promote events organised by the conference secretariat. The legal jurisdiction for this agreement is Lausanne, Switzerland.
